LNA SINGAPORE STUDY TOUR
18 June 2014
Secure your place today for this amazing opportunity to experience a Singapore Garden Tour like no other.
An amazing opportunity has been developed for the members and their affiliates of Landscape NSW ACT Ltd (LNA).
LNA has joined forces with Ross Garden Tours International to create something truly unique and it’s available to the entire landscaping industry.
The LNA Singapore Study Tour is a tax-deductible industry tour for the landscape professional who wants to be amongst their peers, master their craft and stand out from the pack.
The seven-day tour in August 2014 will include a visit to Gardens by the Bay, which features Bio domes and supertrees, and provide participants with the opportunity to go behind the scenes of vertical gardens and green walls.
You will also have the opportunity to attend the 5th Singapore Garden Festival, where you’ll witness knockout open spaces, meet those making the big decisions, and sit down and chat with Brendan Moar and Jim Fogarty - two of Australia’s most renowned and best designers.
The two will take us around their show gardens and explain the steps of designing, building and creating show gardens, having both won Best in Show and Gold respectively at the 2013 AGSS.
You’ll also get to see how the Singapore Government spent $1.3 billion dollars on flowers, plants, gardens, supertrees and conservatories.
It’s a great opportunity to get out of Australia and see what the rest of the world is doing with their parks and open spaces. And with a tropical climate, cold Tiger beer and the odd Singapore chilli crab (or two), this inspiring opportunity should not be missed.
See what Graham Ross himself has to say about the tour here.
