The winners from each state in this year’s Australian Landscapers of the Year Awards will now compete against each other for the ultimate title.
Every year, Australia’s state-based Landscape Associations hold a prestigious awards gala to showcase the best landscape projects within their individual territories. This year, Outdoor Design Source (ODS) and Universal Media are taking it one step further!
The winners from each state, across a selection of categories, will now compete in a State vs State competition for the ultimate title of 2021 Husqvarna Champion of Champions: Australian Landscaper of the Year.
Categories
Qualifying projects will be judged by an expert panel of representatives from each state, along with an all-important audience vote. The categories are:
- Residential Construction up to 70,000
- Residential Construction 70,000-150,000
- Residential Contruction150,000 - $250,000
- Residential Construction over $250,000
- Commercial Construction up to $500,000
- Commercial Construction $500,000-$1m
- Commercial Construction over $1m
Winners will be celebrated with an extensive media campaign, showcasing their projects across a series of outdoor magazines and online media, including titles such as Grand Design Australia, Outdoor Design, Outdoor Design Source, Backyard & Outdoor Living, and online at completehome.com.au and specifiersource.com.au.
Qualifying
To qualify for the 2021 Husqvarna Champion of Champions: Australian Landscaper of the Year, each individual or company must be a member of their state’s Landscape Association and have submitted a project for the state awards within one or more of the above categories. The winners of these categories in each state will automatically qualify.
