A family-owned and operated business, Softfall Testing aim to minimise playground risk by inspecting and maintaining playgrounds to ensure the longevity of playground equipment. Since its creation in 2017, Softfall Testing has conducted a range of inspections for councils, schools, and businesses all over Australia.

Believing in a data-driven approach to mitigate risk and ensure safe playgrounds, Softfall Testing has partnered with Playground123, an asset management software tool. This partnership enables Softfall Testing to provide clients with
quick and effective reporting, helping them to access data quickly and reduce costs.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Softfall Testing provide a range of services, including:

Post-install, routine, operational and comprehensive inspections | Each inspection will include individual playground inspection results, digital photos and a summary report containing a condition assessment, non-compliance results and maintenance recommendations.

Impact testing | Softfall Testing performs impact testing to softfall material with impact-attenuation equipment certified to AS4422:2016.

Playground Maintenance | Operates a maintenance team that can repair or replace old or damaged playground equipment.

Playground Asset Management | Works with organisations to establish or improve playground asset databases. This includes undertaking data analytics and reporting to provide oversight on assets.

Playground Replacement Plans | Assists organisations with playground future planning. This allows for organisations to develop long-term plans to replace playgrounds and allocate capital expenditure.
