Top water savers named

The winners of the national 2011 savewater! awards were announced on November 11 at a gala ceremony at the Sofitel on Collins in Melbourne. From local nurseries to water utilities in the United States of America, leaders in water sustainability were uncovered both in Australia and abroad.
Now in its ninth year, the globally recognised savewater! awards have emerged as Australia’s leading awards for sustainability and water efficiency. They recognise and reward excellence in water conservation and efficiency by business, government, schools, local communities and individuals.
