The 4th International Urban Design Conference is being held from the 21st – 23rd September 2011 at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa. The theme for the conference is Resilience in Urban Design, through measures such as supported interconnectivity, appropriate densification within urban footprints, multiple transit modes and walkability, socially inclusive design, economic resilience, and adaptive built environments.

For the first time the conference will be filming speaker presentations (Video/Audio/PowerPoint). The 4th Healthy Cities: Making Cities Liveable Conference held at the Outrigger Little Hasting Street Resort and Spa, Noosa from the 27 – 29 July 2011 was a fantastic platform for Government and Industry sector professionals to discuss causes, effects and solutions that relate to population health, sustainability, natural resource management, transport, climate change, urban design and more. 

The Outdoor Design Source team thoroughly enjoyed the event and were happy to support the industry.
