Plantmark has launched its new website and it is packed with new and improved features.

‘Our Trade Customers have less time on their hands these days, so we wanted to develop a website that would help in running their day to day businesses. We have included many new features to assist in saving time and providing helpful tools to better their own businesses’, states Simon Lindsay, Plantmark Greenlife Manager.

New customers can now simply register as a Plantmark Trade Customer online, saving time and paperwork.

As a Plantmark Registered Trade Customer you have access to the Online Plant Search & Availability feature allowing custom searches of over 30,000 plant lines and garden products available at any of the six Plantmark locations nationally. Results are in real time and include prices, numbers available and stand locations.

You can also create and save personalised Plant Lists for upcoming projects.

There are handy Fact Sheets to view and download including Plant Information, How-To Guides and Landscape Theme Planting Ideas.

‘The area that our customers are really impressed with is their Accounts Area. Here they can view any current Quotes they have with Plantmark and any past Invoices. It saves them calling us, they simply log in and view their information any time they need to. The information is right there at their fingertips’, explains Simon.

Customers can also update their company information and pay invoices online.

Another popular function is being able to manage the Authorised Staff allocated to each customer’s account. The business principal can simply add, delete or update any Authorised Staff that he or she would like to have access to Plantmark. This may include Project Managers, Supervisors, Buyers, Maintenance & Grounds Staff and Accounts Departments.
