LDX 2205 is stronger, more corrosion resistant than 304 stainless steel and will not warp under high temperature making idea for the purpose. Whilst the previous 3CR12 stainless steel barbecue plates were excellent for cooking, they did require more cleaning especially in coastal areas. The new LDX 2205 is available now and the thermal transfer is even better.
