ST HELIER’S LUXURY RESIDENCE

An alluring backyard can add charm and can elevate any home into a work of art. Such a transformation took place in New Zealand’s most sought-after seaside community of St Helier, renowned for its picturesque sea views and unique houses.

Spearheaded by New Zealand-based APT Agent, Teamturf, the project aimed not only to create a luxurious backyard but also to fashion a setting worthy of a high-end designer label photoshoot for the customer’s successful fashion label. Utilising the SYNLawn Esplanade 40 for the large 210 sqm area along with large stone pavers on one side, Teamturf was able to deliver an exceptional finish that captures the customer’s vision for a seamless fusion of luxury and practicality.
