Due to erosion, stormwater drains in Lismore were upgraded by lining with flexible concrete mats.
Using an excavator with a bucket to dig and shape the stormwater drain, concrete Erosion mats were lifted into position then unrolled onto the beach. Once laid, the mats were able to start working straight away with the regional storms.
