BALCONY DRAIN

Setting up a balcony drain correctly can make all the difference to how a balcony can be used. For a flush finish leading from a living area to the balcony, it is best to install two drains to provide the best performance.

The first drain is a Threshold Drain which is attached to the door sill to collect the water from the door track. The second drain is set away from the property along the handrail or balcony wall. The tiles will be sloped away from the property so that the water drains into the drainage along the handrail or balcony wall. Aquabocci produces a variety of threshold and balcony drain products that will aid in a flush finish aesthetic from inside to out.
