Boutique Tree Farm with a Tibetan Name

Boutique Tree Farm with a Tibetan Name | Emaho-2 | ODS

Emaho is a Tibetan Sanskrit word that means “wonderful” and “amazing” and is a fitting name for this cherished family property and boutique tree farm located in picturesque scenic ranges close to Ravensbourne National Park, 150km northwest of Brisbane.

The 40-acre tree farm was established in 2002 by James and Barbara McGeoch, who previously operated the well-known Birkdale Nursery in Brisbane for 27 years.

Emaho Trees specialises in a range of advanced, premium-quality Australian native trees grown in-ground for sub-tropical to cool temperate landscaping. The property’s rich volcanic soil and climate is well-suited to many popular and unique trees required to be hardy, drought-tolerant and low-maintenance. Also, in two to three years, recent plantings will provide exciting alternatives to some Australian native trees currently in use in the landscape industry.

Visit www.emahotrees.com.au to view the actual trees in four categories based on common landscape requirements (Street Trees, Flowering/Ornamental Trees, Hedge/Screen Trees and Specimen Trees). When clicking on the thumbnail photographs, large photos and full descriptions including special uses and conditions will appear. The Availability List sets out the quantities with their current height, spread, clear trunk and caliper specifications.

For further information, please email info@emahotrees.com.au or call 07 4697 8018 or 0419 659 978.
