Penfold Projects’ Sunshine Coast team had the pleasure of working with Hutchinson Builders on Youi Insurance’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Sippy Downs, 2017. Designed by Place Design Group, the first stage of the brand-new Youi Headquarters in Sippy Downs sits over 15,000sqm and accommodates up to 1,700 staff members.

The scope of this project involved the construction and planting of the outdoor plaza, recreational facilities, and park. The work completed by their team included concreting, softscaping, streetscaping, and the supply and install of irrigation and furniture.

Delivered on time and to budget, this project has been an opportunity for Penfold Projects to showcase their expert construction techniques, landscaping ability, and high-quality finishes that will be viewed and used by the Youi and local community.
