Inaugural Event Set for Australia: Focusing on Sustainable Innovations in Building and Construction
The Australian Sustainability Conference & Exhibition is an innovative new event dedicated to improving the social and environmental sustainability of Australian businesses – particularly those in the building and construction sector.
The Australia Sustainability Conference & Exhibition (ASCE) will be a first for the businesses wanting to learn more about sustainability innovations in their sector.
Hosting a diverse exhibition and interactive, panel focused conference it will provide unique opportunities for leaders working within the fields of building, design and construction to share their sustainability efforts and to learn from others who have adapted sustainability into their business and done it well.
As well as building and construction products on show such as, Solar Switch, SkyCool Pty Ltd, WBS Technology, Tritech Solutions, WBS Technology, Urban Energy, Clean Energy Systems, Kontact Group and Environmental Building Supplies, ASCE also has a specific building and construction stream within the conference program.
Building and construction industry speakers will be on-hand to provide insightful and continual professional development for business owners, architects and builders working in this sector.
Leading firm, Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) who are a major global provider of infrastructure materials and supplies, will be a panelist on one of the conference panel sessions: ‘Green Cities and Infrastructure’.
This panel will focus on innovation in establishing sustainable cities, as well as topics exploring city planning and communicating a sustainable vision.
A diverse range of construction-focused, renewable energy and development exhibitors has also been confirmed for the event, such as Infigen Energy, Urban Energy and Advanced Eco Solutions. These exhibitors, plus others will both provide essential insights into sustainable and innovative building and design, across fields of: building products, supplies, equipment, consulting, engineering, materials and renewable energy improvements for residential, business and commercial buildings.
ASCE will be held from 8-9 November 2012 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre and highlights for attendees to look forward to include a range of diverse interactive learning opportunities such as hands-on demonstrations of the latest ‘green’ equipment and building supplies from leading industry brands.
