SPRING FESTIVAL ATTRACTS BIG NAMES
16 Sep 2015
The Horticultural and Gardening Festival has secured some of the highest profile names in the horticultural industry, along with media personalities known for gardening, landscaping and even cooking.
Melbourne’s biggest spring gardening festival is just around the corner, and the list of expert presenters is getting longer. Luminaries from all corners of the industry will be onsite to educate your customers with solutions to garden problems and inspire them with landscaping and practical gardening ideas.
What visitors to the Horticultural & Gardening Festival will then want is to follow up and BUY plants, products and services!
The festival won’t be all talk – it will also feature the latest products and plants, and display gardens created especially for the event by leading and new landscape designers. It will also feature botanical art, travel opportunities, cooking demonstrations and more.
Spring is the ideal opportunity to sell and promote your business. With better weather on the way, gardeners are getting outdoors for longer as they plan and shop for their gardens and homes.
Homewares are also a feature of this event, with the opportunity to let visitors know about everything from lighting to cushions and furniture, and vases to containers. If you sell these items, the festival is an event you must be a part of to help build your customer database and brand loyalty.
Our list of speakers includes media celebrities such as the current and former ABC TV Gardening Australia hosts Peter Cundall, Costa Georgiadis, Angus Stewart and Stephen Ryan. Multiple landscape design medal winner Ian Barker, former Master Chef winner Emma Dean, Indigenous chef Mark Olive, Paddock to Plate business owner Louise Fitzroy, and expert horticulturists Attila Kapitany and Simon Rickard.
This amazing event runs from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketek.
