LOGOV 2012
23 Nov 2011
LOGOV is Queensland’s premier event, with preparations already well underway for the 2012 expo, to be held October 3 - 4.
Registrations for the 2012 LOGOV Expo are set to commence with the prospectus to be sent out early in the New Year. There are lots of good reasons to join LOGOV, which has become Queensland’s premier event.
The LOGOV Expo is presented by the Queensland Foundation for Public Works Engineering, under the auspices of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia, Queensland Division (IPWEAQ). It is presented to ensure that practitioners gain the appropriate knowledge to allow them to perform their roles. The other important reason for presenting the LOGOV Expo is to raise funds to enable the Foundation to offer scholarships and endowments to practitioners to further their education and knowledge by undertaking study tours, research or education. More than $50k is awarded over each two year period for this purpose.
Decision makers from the local government and public works industries, State Government, development, consulting, spatial and contracting are invited to attend LOGOV.
LOGOV Expo 2012 will be staged again at its home ground in Logan City between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, October 3 and 4. The show attracts exhibitors and visitors from throughout Queensland as well as from all other states.
Over 5000 visitors and buyers from Federal, State and Local Government Bodies, contractors, consultants and the general public are expected to visit the LOGOV Expo in 2012. Over 315 outdoor sites and 41 pavilion booths will be provided for an expected 240 exhibitors. LOGOV attracts Queensland’s largest civil engineering and local government market.
The prospectus will be available shortly and you will be able to register online.
