The LIAWA Awards of Excellence 2012 were held on August 3 at Burswood in Perth.
LIAWA Awards are presented annually in recognition of great work by members in collaboration with non-members in the industry to design and install works that are unique, of great standards, or of sustainable value.
LIAWA's by-line is "shaping the future of landscaping in WA" and that is what members of LIAWA endeavour to do. LIAWA Awards are presented to entrants who present design flair, show implementation of recommended best practices, show good trade skills, and present quality works for publicity and training. These projects may also be showcased in future garden tours by state, national and international conference organisers.
