Costa Georgiadis celebrates sustainability and invites you to engage with the Nation’s top environmental achievers. On 29th November, in Kogarah NSW, the Nation’s top environmental achievers will showcase the reasons why they are finalists in the Australian Sustainable Cities Awards 2012.
The 8 finalists are the cream of the crop when it comes to environmental sustainability with proven results.
The finalists are:
Merici College, ACT
Palmerston City Council, NT
Penrith City Council, NSW
City of Boroondara, VIC
Redland City Council, QLD
City of Tea Tree Gully, SA
City of Cockburn, WA
Devonport City Council, TAS
The event includes an address by Kogarah City Council and a tour of the area. Kogarah will show us why they won last year and provide us with invaluable insight on HOW to implement successful projects.
The judge will present her pick of interesting and unique approaches made by each finalist, and the finalists will also talk about how they implemented such projects during the workshop session of the event.
A 2 course meal will follow with MC Costa Georgiadis and his all-consuming passion for sustainability sharing his green wisdom.
