The new Aquatica glass mosaic collection is designed specifically for swimming pools and water features. The collection was specifically designed in colours and patterns chosen to reflect the brightness of the sky and water, giving a luminous look. There is a choice of classic colourings, for blending elegantly and discreetly into the landscape, and more playful and scenic designs.
Aquatica mixes and shading blends are made in square format tiles from the Vitreo, Brillante and Shining collections.
Known both for their cutting-edge design and sustainable manufacturing practices, Trend glass mosaic tiles are made from post-consumer and post-industrial recycled glass, and this emphasis on low environmental impact is at the heart of all they do.
The Aquatica collection is made using up to 55% post-consumer recycled glass, with low VOC emission. However, this does not in any way detract from the boldness of their vision, and the vibrant colours and inventive patterns and designs of their mosaic tiles to create truly eye-catching design concepts.

TREND Plus System innovates InstallationTREND Australasia has released the new Trend Plus mosaic backing system now featured on the new Aquatica collection.
The innovative technology supports the sheets of glass mosaic resulting in reduced installation times for tradesmen.
This new system will complement the patented film faced mounting system we have always offered because of the advantages of custom mixing the designs.
TREND Plus is a net of polyurethane reactive (PUR) strings clinging to the back of the mosaic tiles, solvent free and non-flammable. It can be used with every kind of specific adhesives for glass mosaic (concrete, polyurethane and epoxy), ensuring a perfect seal in any interior or external application.
TREND Plus represents the best solution for the installation of the mosaic in any environment, including where there's direct contact with water as in steam baths and swimming pools.
