CONTEMPORARY SCULPTURES (SMALL)

by Terrance Plowright

Terrance also designs and creates small contemporary sculptures, often made of cast bronze or stainless steel, but also of more modern materials, such as cast water clear polyurethane.

Three of his stainless steel sculptures were exhibited at the 2013 Florence Biennale and Terrance was awarded a Medici Medal, as well as a Special Mention for his contribution to sculpture.

He has been invited to re-exhibit at the 2015 Florence Biennale.

He has received a number of private and public commissions for his small contemporary sculptures, and some have been shown at exhibitions, including Sculpture at Scenic World in Katoomba; Darling Park Sculptors Exhibition; the Mosman Festival of Sculpture; Canberra School of Arts; Sculpture on the Greens, Wyong; and in Australia Square in Sydney, to name a few.

Some of Terrance’s sculptures are in private collections, but others are still available in limited editions. He also takes new commissions.
