Rainwater Harvesting Underground Water Tanks (Re-use Tank)

The Atlantis Re-use System has proven effective in providing a regular clean water supply for domestic and commercial applications.

The system captures water from both landscaped areas through surface infiltration and from roof areas which are filtered through an Atlantis Filtration Unit. Clean water is retained within the storage area away from harmful UV light and heat remaining cool underground readily available for reuse.

Permeable Paving - Soil Stabilisation Turf & Gravel

For both horizontal and vertical root growth, the Turf Cell reinforcement structure is the most effective product available. Unlike concrete systems, the roots remain cool and grass growth thrives. Driving vehicles onto the grass has no effect on the protected roots. Aesthetically, the product allows the grass to fill in completely, creating a lush lawn with an invisible reinforcement structure.

Atlantis Turf Cell, Flo-Grid and Atlantis Gravel Cell can be used in any situation where low to medium use parking surfaces, access roads and driveways are required.

The sub-base required for cells is equal to or less than the sub-base required for concrete or bitumen. The elimination of the traditional stormwater system required by impermeable paved areas provides an immediate cost saving when installing Atlantis Turf Cell or Atlantis Gravel Cell for the same application.

Water Sensitive Urban Design

Atlantis provides many different solutions for housing development to cater for low impact development and water recycling solutions for various environmental conditions.

Atlantis solutions enable the maximum use of land for developers while meeting low impact development criteria.

Road Drainage

The Atlantis philosophy is to resolve water management issues at the source. That's the concept behind the Ecological Road.

The Atlantis system captures surface runoff from roads and, instead of transporting it to a central storage pond, provides short-term localised storage so that stormwater can be infiltrated to recharge groundwater, released at a controlled rate, or recycled for irrigation.

The Atlantis system also provides a strong, permeable structure that can capture and manage water along the length of the system.

The Atlantis road system reduces thermal contamination up to 170C (310F) in relation to the conventional road methods. In cold areas, permafrost penetration is reduced.
