LARGE WATERPROOF PVC SHADE SAIL

The Munno Para car wash is a busy car wash and valeting centre situated on Main North Road at the Munno Para retail complex. The management required a waterproof Shade Sail to provide weatherproof protection for patrons of the car wash whilst reducing excessive detergent runoff from the wash bays during periods of high rainfall.

Shadeform was engaged to design, manufacture and install this striking shade sail. The sail was manufactured using Naizil PS680 Waterproof PVC fabric.

The colour was carefully selected to complement the corporate identity of the Car Wash and blends seamlessly into the main concrete structure of the building.

This striking form was designed using a range of 2D and 3D software packages to create a tensile form with visual appeal, structural integrity and effective dispersal of rainwater runoff.
