FLEXSHADE LOTUS INVERTED PVC SHADE UMBRELLA

As part of the new Woolworths Shopping Centre at Walkerville, Architects Brown Falconer required an eye-catching and sculptural shade feature to enhance the main entrance forefront.

The Flexshade Lotus 19 was specified, which is a stunning inverted waterproof umbrella structure. Shadeform, as South Australian agents for Flexshade, was engaged to supply and install the Lotus inverted umbrella over this small children’s recreation area. The structure has a central column which doubles as an integral down pipe for connection to mains drainage (if required) for effective collection and distribution of rainwater.

The framework is finished with a superior triplex galvanising and powdercoating system, providing a durable protective finish with a 10 year warranty.

The white Seaman Kynar fabric is a tough wearing PVC with a 10 year warranty providing years of trouble free use.
