Welcome to the Outdoor Design Source Exemplary Projects Showcase. Given the high-end external works projects being undertaken both in Australia and overseas, we decided to put together a best of the best to give our readers an insight into what can be achieved when world-class design and construction principles are put into practice.

Featuring local and international projects, our showcase is designed to illustrate the exceptional work that companies around the world are creating. In Australia, Ballast Point Park in Balmain, Sydney stands out for its innovative design and world-class landscaping. While on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, a housing development has been created with environmental conservation and preservation in mind. In Moore Park, Sydney, the Korean War Memorial, although simple in its visual composition, has an exceptional depth of detail in its construction. And in Victoria, Valley Lake Estates is a landscape creation, both for residents and sustainable environments.

Internationally, we’ve got all corners of the world covered. The High Line in New York is a new public park 30 feet above Manhattan, on what used to be a freight railway line. In Macau, the City of Dreams Resort boasts high-end design and construction and is the casino district’s newest and brightest destination. In the Middle East, the Burj Al Arab Hotel has taken landscape design and construction to a whole new level, and in the UK, a mix of public art, sculpture and water features create a dramatic entrance into the city of Sheffield.
