After many months and submission of data and information to satisfy the scrutiny of the Expert Committee, Sanoway Australia is pleased to advise that Sanoplant has been awarded the Smart Approved WaterMark.
Although the Smart Approved WaterMark is largely applicable to products which can save water in Australian households, the benefits of Sanoplant have been recognised. In fact, when used commercially in sports field construction or renovation and large landscaping projects, the water savings can be substantial.
More than 16 sports fields, including bowling greens, croquet lawns and golf putting greens have now been constructed in Australia using Sanoplant in the sand-based profiles. For example, after assessing the benefits achieved from the initial sports oval in which Sanoplant was used, Knox City Council have proceeded to use the product in additional reconstructions.
And after being carefully trialled and outperforming competitive products, Sanoplant has been used now for over three years in major landscaping at Brisbane International Airport with excellent results, saving huge volumes of irrigation water and related costs.
